**swoon*** I'm in love... I'm not talking about the adorable Mr. Cates... I'm talking about the DELIGHTFUL middle grade novel, Ivy + Bean by Annie Barrows, illustrated by Sophie Blackall. I can't wait to share this book with my 8 year old--I think she will love it! She also loves books that are a part of a series, so that's a plus as well. It is a story of unlikely friendship and is absolutely perfect for the target age range. If you haven't met Ivy and Bean yet, you should! As always, don't take my word for it, read it yourself!
