Because of a SUPER busy week leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday, I JUST finished The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake. It was really interesting. I enjoyed the elements of magical realism.
I'm just about to pick up The Kitchen Daughter, followed by Mr. Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore. Can you tell I'm into magical realism at the moment?! I'm hoping the holiday will allow for more reading time, but that never actually happens!
