Picture Book Review: Bunny's First Spring

The Blurb

A Bunny is born in Spring and grows with the seasons.  Just as the Bunny thinks everything around him is dying, Spring surprises him.

My Two Cents

This book is sweet.  Its rhythm is slow and steady and calm, making it a perfect quiet time or bedtime book.  It is also a perfect companion for little ones learning about the seasons.  I love the illustrations depicting each season--particularly Autumn.  There is a lovely spread of leaves falling from the trees and onto the little Bunny.
The Jesus Storybook Bible a children's Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones

I'm a big fan of Sally Lloyd-Jones.  My favorite of all her books is her amazing children's Bible, the Jesus Storybook Bible.  It is an absolute work of art!  If you don't own this one, you should!  It is sure to bring your family joy.  We have read it and read it and read it!

I also love these videos that go along with it:
