The Blurb

Anna's father was taken away when she was just seven. Her father was a linguistics professors, and like all the other intellectuals in Poland, he was being purged. She is all alone...and then she meets the Swallow Man.  He isn't her father, but she comes to care for him and she knows he is at risk too.  But the world has gone mad, and everything is dangerous--even him.

My Two Cents

This book released just 2 days ago.  It is a story of hope in the midst of the hardest of times.  This would be an excellent book to accompany a study of the Holocaust.
