Mamas are tired. Whether they work out of the home or stay at home, they are tired. Almost every mama I know gives more than she gets in most aspects of life...it is the nature of the beast! (and one I wouldn't trade, by the way! Motherhood teaches you SO much about yourself!)

First of all, I should mention that a mom's VERY favorite gift is a little bit of love and gratitude for all she does. This is followed by handmade notes and cards made with love by children who while making said card most likely colored on the table/painted it with finger paint. The list below does not negate the importance of these! These gifts are priceless and make a mama's heart happy.

A cute new bag (not of the diaper variety! Ha!) Mom's get stuck carrying everyone's stuff. For example, my purse at this very moment contains my wallet and some lipstick, but also some Hot Wheels, finger puppets, goldfish snacks, band-aids, and a pair of Diego underwear in size 3T. Sometimes it's fun to feel like a woman, not just a human storage locker...

Start a tradition with a Pandora charm bracelet. These are lovely and you can add appropriate charms for future gifts. I own one of these and love it! They have several different looks to work for any deserving mama!

What I'm about to say may come as a shock to you...you might want to sit down: whether they're sneakers, sandals, or stilettos, women like shoes! AND shoes always fit regardless of the scale!
